    • Newspaper Obituary - February 10, 1920 Lansing State Journal - Lansing, Michigan - Funeral of Former Resident - The body of Mrs. Susan Isabelle Carpenter, who died of apoplexy at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bert Smith, of Flint, was brought to Fowlerville, Monday. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Waters at the M. E. church Monday afternoon with interment in Greenwood cemetery. She was the wife of the late Mark Carpenter, and for many years was a resident of Six Corners.
