Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, May 10, 1934 Oswego Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski, May 10 ¬Word was received here Wednesday of the death of Mrs. Jessie Waterbury, formerly of Richland and for the past 20 years a resident of Central Square. She died Wednesday morning at the Memorial hospital in Syracuse where she had been a patient the past three months. She was born in the town of Richland 53 years ago and was the daughter of William and the late Aseneth Atkinson. She lived in this section until 20 years ago when she went to Central Square. She was a member of Central Square grange. Surviving are her father, William Atkinson; one brother, John Atkinson; three sons, William Waterbury of Central Square, Earl Waterbury of Pulaski and Rensselaer Waterbury of Syracuse; three daughters, Mrs. Edward Runge of Pennellville, Mrs. Ivan Stacy of Fernwood, and Mrs. Fred Avery of Central Square, 10 grandchildren, five nephews and two nieces.
Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, May 17, 1934 Mexico Independent - Mexico, New York - Daysville, May 14 - We were saddened to hear of the death of Mrs. Jesse Waterbury on Wednesday last. Mrs. Waterbury was born in this place, the daughter of William and the late Aseneth Dean Atkinson. She leaves to mourn her loss, besides her father, a brother, John Atkinson, three sons, Earl, William and Van Rensselaer, and two daughters, Mrs. Ivan Stacy and Mrs. Edward Runge, and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her funeral was held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Stacy, on Saturday, with burial in Daysville Cemetery.
