      Online Obituary - Patricia T. Mowry November 2, 2015 Patricia T. Mowry, 79 of Mexico, died Monday at her home. She was born in Pulaski, the daughter of the late John D. and Beatrice Wilder Thomas. She was an Administrative Assistant to the Oswego County Health Commissioner for 25 years. She is pre-deceased by her son, William T. Mowry who died in 2010 and her sister Sharon Thomas. Patricia is survived by her husband of 57 years, William C. Mowry; her two daughters, Beth (John) Benko of Pennsylvania and Bonnie (Georgia) Mowry of Rochester; her five grandchildren; her brother, Jack (Nancy) Thomas of Pulaski and her sister, Sandra (Paul) Wilson of Pulaski. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, from the Harter Funeral Home, 9 Washington Ave., Mexico, NY. Burial will be in the New Haven Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Friends of Oswego County Hospice, P.O. Box 102, Oswego, NY 13126.
