    • William Joseph Nicholson - June 15, 1865 - December 22, 1934. Son of Lorenzo and Esther Jane Edick Nicholson. Husband of Ida Chase.

      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, December 27, 1934 Mexico Independent - Mexico, New York - William J. Nicholson, Fernwood, died Saturday morning at his home following an illness of four weeks. His entire life was spent in farming. He was born at Fernwood, son of the late Alonzo and Esther Edick Nicholson. For a number of years he lived on the Martin Hess farm. His wife, Ida Chase Nicholson, died 21 years ago. He leaves three daughters, Mrs. Pearl Hager of Mexico; Mrs. Arnold Davis of Pulaski; Mrs. Esther LeBeau of Brewerton, and three sons, Howard and Harold of Pulaski and Harry Nicholson of this village.
