- Newspaper Obituary -(Source Unknown) Sep 1972 - Obituary - James T. Gresham, 55, of 136 Fifth Ave., died Monday at his home. He was the husband of Mabel Swan Gresham. He was born at Commerce, Tex., son of the late Marvin and Ella Girard Gresham. He was a member of First United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of World War II, enlisting in the U.S. Army, Dec 6, 1939. He was honorably discharged Nov. 18, 1945. Mr. Gresham served in the European African and Middle East sector. Mr. Gresham was a boilermaker at the Oswego Package Boiler Co., and was a member of the Boilermaker Union. Surviving, besides his widow, are a son Robert F. Gresham, a member of the faculty at West Genesee High School, Camillus; a brother, Marion B. Gresham of Rogers, Ark; a sister Mrs. Virginia Davis of Albuquerque, N.M. Services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Dain Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Morse officiating. Full military honors will be observed at the graveside in Rural Cemetery. Calling hours at the Dain Funeral home are this evening from 7 to 9 and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
