      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, August 4, 1960 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Richland Native Dies at Age 92 - A native of Richland, Martin Nicholson, 92, of Syracuse, died July 29 in Syracuse University Hospital. Mr. Nicholson, a chef for the New York Central Railroad, retired in 1935. Surviving are a son, Fay Nicholson, Atwater, California; nieces and nephews. His wife, Emma, preceded him in death in June, 1937. The funeral was held Tuesday, August 2 at the Ballweg Funeral Home in Syracuse. Burial was in the Richland Rural Cemetery.
