Newspaper Obituary - Saturday, February 23, 1980 Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Frank J. LeBeau, 79, of Maltby Road died February 22, 1980 in the House of the Good Samaritan in Watertown. Born in Heuvelton, he was the son of Napoleon and Ellen Gilbert LeBeau. Mr. LeBeau attended Pulaski Academy and married Claire Kelsey April 7, 1928. He retired from the Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. as an electrical lineman, October 1, 1965, after 29%2 years of service. With his wife he also operated a farm for over 40 years, and retired from farming in 1970. He was a member of the Pulaski Baptist Church and Central New York Power Employees Federal Credit Union 3025. Surviving are his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Arlene J. Branch of Cincinnati, Ohio, Mrs. Joyce Thompson of Pulaski, and Mrs. Glenda Clark of Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan; three sons, Richard, Donald and James of Pulaski; a brother, Arthur of Chittenango; three sisters, Mrs. Nettie Ostrander of Pulaski, Mrs. Emma Avery of Syracuse and Mrs. Ellen Lambert of McConnellsville, and 18 grandchildren. A daughter, Helen Parker, died in January 1966. Services were held February 25th at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski, with the Rev. Leonard L. Myers and the Rev. Don C. Medoff officiating. Spring burial will be in South Richland Cemetery. Donations may me made to the Oswego Chapter of the American Cancer Society, the North Oswego County Ambulance or the Pulaski Baptist Church.
