Newspaper Obituary - Friday, January 14, 1972 The Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Pearl C. Hager, 80, of R.D. 1, Ramona Beach Road, died this morning in Oswego Hospital, where he had been a patient two weeks. Mr. Hager was born September 9, 1891, in the Town of Richland, son of the late Henry and Ida Treadway Hager. Educated in the Manwaring District schools, he married Florence Nicholson, January 28, 1912 in Fernwood. Mr. and Mrs. Hager conducted a farm in the Town of Richland all their active lives, until Mr. Hager retired a few years ago. Mr. Hager was a 50-year member of South Richland Grange, Fernwood. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Kenneth R. Hager, New Haven, and Lawrence A. Hager, Pulaski; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and two brothers, Joseph Hager of Pulaski and Gerald Hager of Fernwood. Services will be at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Monday at 1 p.m. with burial in Daysville Cemetery. Calling hours are Saturday 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Hager, 80, Ramona Beach, Pulaski, RD 1, died Friday in Oswego Hospital where he had been a patient two weeks. Mr. Hager was born in the Town of Richland and was educated in the Manwaring School District. He operated a farm in the Town of Richland until he retired. He was a 50 year member of the South Richland Grange. Surviving are his wife, two sons, Kenneth R., of New Haven and Lawrence Hager of Pulaski; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and two brothers, Joseph of Pulaski, and Gerald Hager of Fernwood.
