  September 7, 2015 Pearl L. Cone, 77 of Mexico died Monday at the Oswego Hospital. She was a bus driver for Oswego County BOCES. She is predeceased by one daughter, Laura A. Pfouts, in 2009. Surviving are two daughters, Linda Theiser of Riverside, California and Julia R. Cone of Parish; two sons, John J. Cone Jr. of Richland and Jeremy J. Cone of Palermo; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Thomas Skilinskis of Maple View and Lewis Skilinskis of Mexico; two sisters, Cathy Hedden of Brooksville, Florida and Joetta Ragland of Coronado Bay, California. Funeral services are 1 p.m., Thursday from the Harter Funeral Home, 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico NY.
