- Obituary of Phyliss G. Archer
Phyliss G. Archer, age 91, resident of Pulaski since 1956, passed away Monday at Morningstar Care Center in Oswego. Phyliss as born July 15, 1928 in Oswego. She graduated from Oswego High School in 1946 and attended Rochester Business Institute. Phyliss married Charles Archer, Sr. on November 2, 1956 and he passed away December 5, 1988. She was a member of the St. James Episcopal Church in Pulaski and an avid bingo player.
Surviving are two sons, Charles “Reggie” Archer, Jr., of Pulaski and Gary (Barbara) Archer of Brewerton, four grandchildren, Chantel, Alexander, Jamie and Troy and two great-grandchildren, Maximo and Lucas, and her beloved dog, Alpha. Phyliss was predeceased by her daughter, Karen Topsham who passed away June 3, 1992.
Funeral Services will be held 4 p.m. Monday, January 27th at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski with spring burial in Riverside Cemetery, Oswego. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 pm. Monday prior to the funeral.
