      Obituary of Bert Cronk

      Bert L. Cronk, age 72, life resident of Altmar, passed away Monday at his home. Bert was born November 25, 1945 in Altmar, the son of Kenneth and Dorothy Colvin Cronk. He attended APW Schools. Bert was married to Phyllis Youmans on February 14, 2004 and she passed away April 2, 2016. He was self-employed for 45 years as an electrician, plumber and contractor. He was a former member of the Defiance Fire Company in Altmar.

      Surviving are three sons, Bert Cronk Jr. of Altmar, Keith (Orissa) Cronk of Altmar, Kevin (Ashley) Cronk of Parish, two daughters Susan Poole of Richland and Lori (Hugh) Meneilly of Constableville, two brothers, Steve Cronk of Altmar and James Cronk of Central Square, two sisters, Mary Gaffey of Altmar and Evelyn Hoyt of Mallory, several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

      Funeral services will be held noon, Saturday, October 27th at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski with burial in Riverside Cemetery in Altmar. Calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. to noon prior to the funeral.
