- Ralph V. Lundgren, age 92, resident of Dewitt, formerly of Pulaski, passed away Tuesday at his home with his family by his side. He resided in Pulaski for 52 years, moving to Dewitt in 2000. Ralph was born August 29, 1920 in Altmar. He graduated from Altmar Union High School in 1938, and continued his education at CCBI in Syracuse. He served in the United States Air Force from 1942 until 1946 in the North African Theatre.
Ralph married Betty Groves on June 19, 1948. He was a co-owner, and served as secretary and treasurer of Pulaski Sales & Service, a Ford-Mercury dealership for 32 years, retiring in 1988.
Ralph was a member and Trustee of the Park United Methodist Church in Pulaski and a member of the Masonic Lodge #315 F&AM. He was also past President of the Pulaski Service Club and former Trustee of the Pulaski Village Board.
Surviving, his loving wife Betty, four daughters, Barbara (Ken) Conklin of Rochester, Sally (Gary) Pickard of Syracuse, Lynne (Mark) Rickabaugh of Boston and Nancy (Scott) Brosch of Sandy Creek, son in-law George Chapman of Syracuse, eight grandchildren, Lauren, Lindsey, Stephanie, Katie, Mark, Samuel, Michael and Jessica, one great-granddaughter, Ava, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Park United Methodist Church, 2 Hubble Street, Pulaski, with burial in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Park United Methodist Church in Pulaski or the Alzheimer's Association of CNY, 441 W. Kirkpatrick St., Syracuse, NY 13204.
