      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, June 12, 1946 Oswego Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Minetto - Arch Whaley, 92, retired farmer and husband of the late Martha Whaley, died Tuesday night at the home of his niece, Mrs. Lena Kimpland, Meeker avenue, where he had resided for the past 18 years. He was born in Kingston, Canada, on September 2, 1854 and came to this country when a young man, residing in Pulaski. Mr. Whaley resided in Gilbert's Mills about 40 years before coming to Minetto. A year ago he became ill and never fully recovered. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. in the Foster funeral home in Pulaski, Rev. Robert Jones of Minetto Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery in Pulaski.
