Notes - Obituary of Rosina "Rosie" F. Manwaring Rosina “Rosie” F. Manwaring, age 83, resident of Altmar for 52 years, before moving to Mexico in 2013, passed away Tuesday at her home. Rosie was born October 3, 1935 in Pulaski, the daughter of Wallace and Alice Bush Hotelling. She graduated from Pulaski High School in 1954. Rosie married Arnold Manwaring on March 10, 1956 and he passed away August 5, 2013. She was employed by the APW School District for 31 years as a bus driver, retiring in 2008. She was a member of the Board of Elections for the Town of Albion for 20 years. She was a kind and loving person, who will be missed greatly by her family. Surviving, are three daughters, Avis (James) Peterson of Central Square, Cynthia (Keon) Wild of Pennellville and Dorothy (Richard) Beck of Mexico, two sons, Jeffrey (Kris) Manwaring of Hamilton and Lyle (Lisa) Manwaring of Boise, ID, two brothers, John Hotelling of Lindenhurst and James Hotelling of Clay, one sister, Roberta Purcell of Indiana, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 2nd at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, with burial at Maplelawn Cemetery in Dugway. Calling hours will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday July 1st, at the funeral home. Donations in Rosina’s memory may be made to Donald McFee Memorial Ambulance, Watson Ave, Mexico, NY 13144 or to Oswego County Humane Society, 1542, 29 West Seneca Street, Oswego, NY 13126.
