    • February 3, 1902 Phoebe J. Poulter, age 72 years, 2 months, Married, Housekeeper, born in New York, resided in Richland Township 20 years, Daughter of George Whaley born in New York, and Mary Whaley born in New York, Died in Pulaski of heart failure.
      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, February 5, 1902 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Mrs. Poulter Dies Suddenly - While about her home work, Monday morning, Mrs. F. B. Poulter dropped dead. She resided on the Rome road. Coroner F. A. Box was called and his verdict that death came from heart disease, a malady from which she has suffered for some time. She was seventy-two years old, and had lived in Pulaski twenty years. She was born in Amboy, and was there married to Mr. Warren. Her first husband died over thirty years ago and she was married to Frank B. Poulter, who survives. Seven children also survive, as follows: Sheriff Albert Warren, Oswego; A. J. Warren, Hamilton County; John Warren, Sullivan County; Mrs. Addie Swem, St. Lawrence County; Alice and George Warren, Pulaski; Elmer Warren, Williamstown.
      Newspaper Article - Wednesday, February 12, 1902 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Local Notes - The funeral of Mrs. F. B. Poulter was held Monday. The date of burial was long delayed on account of the inability of several relatives to reach here sooner.
