Notes - Jeffrey C. Woolson, 41, Pulaski, died Thursday March 19, 2009 in an automobile accident in the town of West Monroe. He had been employed by the state Department of Parole for the past three years. He previously was employed by Oswego County Probation Department and Child Protective Services for 15 years. Born July 17, 1967, in Oswego, son of Charles R. and Ruby D. Hutchins Woolson, he graduated from Pulaski Academy and Central School in 1985, received a bachelors of arts degree from SUNY Cortland in 1989 and went on to earn a master's degree from SUNY Oswego. He was a member of the Tuesday Commercial Bowling League and the Snowbelt 700 Bowling Club and was an avid motorcyclist and hunter. Surviving are his mother, Ruby "Robin" Woolson, and her companion, Donald Pratt, Pulaski; a brother and his wife, Dane M. and Laura, Orwell, and two nephews. His father died Sept. 19, 1994. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Park United Methodist Church. Calling hours will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell. Donations may be made to Pulaski Community Cupboard, 12 Bridge St., Pulaski, N.Y. 13142.
