- Floyd G. Nolan, 87, of Rainbow Shores Road died Wednesday at Columbia Hospital, New Port Richey, Fla.
Born in Syracuse, he moved to Pulaski in 1945. He retired as a factory representative in 1972 after 20 years with Owatonna Tool Co.
He formerly co-owned the Mexico Motor Car Co. in Pulaski, and was manager of the Onondaga Supply in Syracuse. He was member of Pulaski Baptist Church, Pulaski Masonic Lodge, Richland Pilots Association, Niagara Mohawk Advisory Council in Albany, Pulaski Public Library, and past president of Eastern Shore Commerce, Pulaski Services Club, Charter and Mad River Club, Ducks Unlimited of Syracuse, Wild Flowers Association of Syracuse and a Boy Scout commissioner.
Surviving are his wife, Geraldine "Mickey"; a son, Floyd G. "Spike" of Pulaski; a daughter, Jeri Maxwell of North Syracuse; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Services are 11 a.m. Feb. 28 at Park United Methodist Church.
Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. Feb. 27 at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park St., Pulaski.
