      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, November 15, 1951 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Rites Tuesday For Mrs. Hiram West - Mrs. Katherine Bush West, 62, wife of Hiram West of St. Regis Falls and formerly of Orwell, died in the Alice Hyde Hospital in Malone Saturday night, where she had been a patient for two days. Funeral services were conducted from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Milford Potter, in Orwell on Tuesday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Kenneth L. Combs, pastor of the Orwell Union church, officiated and burial was made in the Evergreen cemetery. Surviving besides her husband are her father, Elbert Bush of New Woodstock; three daughters, Mrs. Potter and Mrs. Merrill Waggoner, both of Orwell and Mrs. Leslie Daniels of Pulaski; eight sons, Bertrand of Oneida, Raymond of Pennellville, Floyd and Clifford of St. Regis Falls, Stanley, Lamont and Edwin of Syracuse and Kenneth West of Richland; 18 grandchildren; one brother, Charles Bush of Watertown, and a sister, Miss Emma Bush of Oneida. Mrs. Bush [sic] was born in Martinsburg, Lewis County, September 9, 1889, a daughter of Elbert and Minnie Hobbe Bush [sic]. She married Mr. West in 1907 and came to Oswego County where she had lived most of her married life until three years ago when they moved to St. Regis Falls.
