      Newspaper Obituary - Friday, April 4, 2008 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Arline M. Clifford, 96, a life resident of Orwell, died Wednesday at her home. Mrs. Clifford was a homemaker. Born October 20, 1911, in Orwell, daughter of Foster and Anna Cobb Thomas, she attended Pulaski schools. She married Granville A. Clifford on December 2, 1931. He died November 11, 1988. Mrs. Clifford was a member of Williamstown Senior Citizens, a former member of Order of the Eastern Star, Williamstown, and an avid bingo player. Surviving are a son, James A., Orwell; a daughter, Frances Bellinger, Sandy Creek, four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be at the family's convenience in Orwell Cemetery. Arrangements are with Foster- Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. Donations may be made to Oswego County Hospice, P.O. Box 102, Oswego, New York 13126; Orwell Fire Department, Orwell, New York 13424, or Northern Oswego County Ambulance, 21 Delano Street, Pulaski, New York 13142.
