- Gladys May Martin Reynolds - October 5, 1911 - December 12, 1982. Daughter of Edward D. and Hattie L. Bowers Martin. Wife of Orlando Buell Reynolds (married 1929) & Donald R. Stevens (married July 14, 1950.) [Note: Donald Stevens died January 2, 1986 and is buried at Evergreen Cemetery in Orwell, Oswego, New York.]
Newspaper Obituary - Monday, December 20, 1982 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Gladys M. Stevens, 72, of County Route 48 died Sunday, December 12, at her home. Born in Richland to Edward and Hattie Bowers Martin, she attended Pulaski Academy High School. She married Orlando Reynolds in 1929 and the couple lived in Richland all their married life. He died on December 20, 1949. She married Donald R. Stevens on July 14, 1950. She was a member of Richland Church of Christ and Richland Firemen's Auxiliary. Surviving are her husband, five sons. Orlando F. Reynolds, William H. Reynolds, Richard D. Reynolds and Frank S. Reynolds all of Richland, and Robert V. Reynolds of Pineville; five daughters, Mrs. Converse (Mary) Woolson, Mrs. Elsie M. Klebs, Mrs. Wallace (Ruth) Waite and Mrs. Leroy (Jane) Dingman, all of Richland, and Mrs. Robert (Suzzie) Norton of Sandy Creek; four brothers, Harry Martin, William Martin and Robert Martin, all of Richland, and Edward Martin of Mattydale; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Weed of Caughdenoy; five stepsons, Raymond Stevens, Donald Stevens, Charles Stevens and Leroy Stevens, all of Auburn, and Ward Stevens of Altmar; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Grace Rydelek of West Monroe and Mrs. Doris Smith of Syracuse; 28 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Services were at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Church of Christ with the Rev. Gerald H. Brownell officiating. Burial in Richland Cemetery. Arrangements by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 7325 Park Street, Pulaski.
