      Newspaper Article - Wednesday, March 4, 1903 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Orwell - The funeral of Mr. Joseph Damon, of Lacona, but formerly of this place, was held at the home of his niece, Mrs. D. J. Howlett, Monday, March 2, 1903, at one o'clock, Rev. W. H. Seed officiating. Burial was made at Evergreen cemetery.
      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, March 5, 1903 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Local Chips - Joseph Damon, for many years a resident of this town, died Saturday at the home of Charles Austin. Mr. Damon is survived by two sons, Bert Damon, of Marshall, Minnesota, and Herbert W. Damon, of Montana. The funeral was held at the home of Mr. Austin Monday, Rev. F. L. Knapp officiating. Interment at Orwell.
