      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, December 30, 1948 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Services Held Sunday for Russell Balch, 55 - Funeral services were conducted Sunday for Russell Balch, 55, of Mexico whose death occurred in the Oswego Hospital last Wednesday, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ernest Clemons, Pulaski. Burial was made in Evergreen cemetery, Orwell. Mr. Balch is survived by his wife, Mrs. Belva Balch of Altmar, three daughters, Mrs. Howard Allen of Ricard, Mrs. Grover Britton of Williamstown, besides Mrs. Clemons; a son, Roland Balch, of Syracuse; one brother, Clinton Balch of Richland, eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
