    • Viola Lucy Washburn Barker - June 26, 1873 - April 26, 1901. Daughter of John and Mary Ann Beadle Washburn. Wife of Charles Henry Barker.
      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, May 2, 1901 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Orwell - The funeral of Mrs. Charles Barker, who died last Friday night, was held at the church last Monday afternoon. Mrs. Barker had been in very poor health for the past few months but her friends were not aware of her dangerous condition when the sad news came no one was prepared for it and the shock to the community was a heavy one. She was the daughter of Mrs. Ann Washburn Davis. She leaves a husband and two little daughters, aged nearly three and about one year, and one sister, Mrs. Llewelyn Potter. She was a lovely lady and leaves a large circle of friends to mourn her early death. She was 27 years of age. Her funeral was conducted by Rev. W. H. Seed and Rev. T. T. Davies. The family have the deep sympathy of all.
