Allen, 78, Springbrook Apartments, died Sunday at Oswego Hospital. Miss Allen was a health care provider for her parents for many years. Born June 24, 1919, in Pulaski, a daughter of Glenn and Rosina Belle Plaisted Allen, she was a life resident of Pulaski and attended Hinman District School and Pulaski High School. Surviving are a sister, Charlotte Vrooman, Mexico, and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Rev. Catherine Salisbury officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell.
