Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, February 3, 1909 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Orwell - Mrs. Martha Aldrich, widow of the late George Aldrich, died at the home of her step-daughter, Mrs. George Davis, Saturday, January 30. She was born February 27, 1835. The funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon by Rev. M. H. Dowd, and burial made in Evergreen cemetery.
Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, February 4, 1909 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Orwell - Mrs. Martha A. Aldrich, widow of the late George Aldrich, died at the home of her step-daughter, Mrs. George Davis, Saturday, January 30, aged 74 years, 11 months and 3 days. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. R. D. Currin, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; two stepdaughters, Mrs. George Davis, Orwell; Mrs. Mary P. Stevens, Sandy Creek and one granddaughter, Miss Blanche Crocker, Orwell. The funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon by Rev. M. H. Dowd. Two selections were sung by Miss DeAnna Jeanes and Clarence Sheeley. There were many beautiful floral offerings from friends of the deceased. Burial was made in Evergreen cemetery.
