Wife of Charles Frederick Raff (married January 3, 1929 in Syracuse, New York; divorced) & Gordon Elmer Anderson (married April 6, 1938 in Albany, New York) & Victor J. Arcadi (married March 8, 1958.) [Notes: Charles Raff was born November 20, 1907 in Yardley, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, a son of John Frederick and Etta Marie Lee Raff. In 1944, Charles married Stella M. Piotrowski. Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, October 19, 1988 Syracuse Post-Standard, Syracuse, New York - Winifred A. Arcadi, 80, of 311 Russell Street died Tuesday at her home. A native of Long Island, Mrs. Arcadi also lived in Orwell, Pulaski and Potsdam before moving to Chittenango 25 years ago. She was employed several years with Magnavox Corp., Manlius. Surviving are a son, Charles Raff of Fulton; a daughter, Marion Sokol of West Monroe; 10 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Tyler-Traub Funeral Home, Chittenango. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 115 Genesee Street. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
