Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, April 19, 1978 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Brainard G. Hilton, age 70, of R.D. 1 Old Mexico Road, died Sunday evening at home. Born December 24, 1907 in Pulaski, he was the son of George and Maude (Crocker) Hilton. He attended Pulaski Schools, and married to Ada Greenfield June 24, 1931 in Pulaski. He owned and operated a farm on the Old Mexico Road which was previously owned by his father and is now owned by his son Donald G. Hilton. He was a member of the Pulaski Grange No. 730. He is survived by his wife; one son Donald G., three daughters, Mrs. George (Phyllis) Wortman, Denver, Colorado; Mrs. Raymond (Carol Faye) Cashel, Mannsville; Mrs. Harolyn Boyle, Pulaski; 15 grandchildren, and one great- granddaughter; two brothers, Harlan Hilton of Henrietta; Paul Hilton, Oswego; three sisters, Mrs. Ruth Ivens, Pulaski, Mrs. Hazel Brown, Las Vegas; Mrs. Beulah Porter, Gouverneur. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Rev. Dolan Morris, pastor of Park United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell. Calling hours Wednesday, 2-4, 7-9. Donations may be made to N.O.C.A.
