Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, October 21, 2008 Post-Standard - Syracuse, New York - Robert A. "Bob" Hilton, 67, of Syracuse, died peacefully, October 12, 2008, at the VA Hospital. He was a five-year resident of the VA Hospital. He was a Vietnam veteran serving with the Navy and was commissioned on the USS Arcadia. He was predeceased by his wife, Shirley L. Bob will be sorely missed by several cousins, by fellow veterans, nursing staff, clergy and doctors. We love you, Bob, and will miss your wonderful smile and happy outlook on life. Services will be at a later date.
