    • LaFayette Hilton - July 4, 1846 - January 10, 1926. Son of Alonzo and Mary Ann Jewell Hilton. Husband of Ella L. Fink Hilton. Married October 13, 1875 at Redfield, New York.
      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, January 13, 1926 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Orwell - Lafayette Hilton passed away on Sunday, January 10th, after a long period of declining health. He was born July 4, 1846, son of the late Alonzo and Mary ( Jewell) Hilton. In October 1875, he was united in marriage with Miss Ella L. Fink of Redfield. To this union were born three daughters and two sons. The children are Mrs. John Warren, Pulaski; William Hilton, Skaneateles; Mrs. Dean Williams, Redfield; Mrs. G. S. Petrie, Pulaski; Ward S. Hilton, Richland, all of whom with the widow survive him. Esther Hilton has for many years been a member of Orwell Grange. The funeral service will be conducted in the home, Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock and the remains placed in the receiving vault in Evergreen cemetery, where burial will be made in the spring.
