      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, October 15, 1970 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Celia Babcock Dies at 98 - Celia M. Babcock, whose age is about 98, died Monday, October 12 at Freeport, Texas where she has made her home for the past several years. Mrs. Babcock, widow of Fred Babcock, was the grandmother of Fred Endsley of Pulaski. The Babcock’s resided in Orwell where they operated a sawmill and ladder factory. She was a member of the Orwell Union Church. She is survived by a son, Charles Babcock of orange, Texas, three grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 16 at 11 a.m. at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday evening (tonight) from 7-9 p.m.
