    • Francis Dwight McKinney - September 11, 1869 - January 9, 1924. Son of Dwight and Mary Ann Nunn McKinney. Husband of Rosetta Reynolds McKinney. Married July 7, 1897 at Orwell, New York.
      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, January 16, 1924 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Orwell - Frank D. McKinney, a life- long resident of this town, passed away Wednesday afternoon, January 9, following an illness of ten weeks from neuritis. He was born in Orwell, September 11, 1869 and was the youngest son of the late Dwight and Mary Ann McKinney. He was graduated from Pulaski Academy and Oswego State Normal School and for more than a quarter of a century he has been a successful teacher, many years of that period he has served as principal of the Union Free School of Orwell. Mr. McKinney was a member of Welcome Lodge, No. 680, I.O.O.F., Orwell Rebekah Lodge, No. 236, Orwell Grange, No. 66, Pulaski Lodge, No. 415, F. & A.M., Pulaski Chapter, No. 279, R.A.M. and a trustee of the Cogswell Free Public Library, Orwell. Besides his wife he is survived by one son, George McKinney and a sister, Mrs. Arthur A. Potter. The funeral service was conducted in the home, Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock by Rev. T. T. Davies and burial made in Evergreen cemetery.
