      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, February 11, 1931 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Orwell - Frank Snow, a former resident of Orwell, aged 71 years, passed away Thursday, February 5, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. William Cooper, in Syracuse. He is survived by one son, Arthur Snow, of Parish, two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Lum of Edmunston and Mrs. Cooper; one brother, Charles Snow of Baldwinsville. Funeral services were held at the Cooper home, 619 North Townsend street, Syracuse at 10 o'clock Monday morning and the remains brought to Orwell for burial in Evergreen cemetery.
