      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, September 29, 1971 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Delbert Olin, 67, Succumbs - Delbert L. Olin, 67, of Orwell died September 22, 1971, at the Mercy hospital in Watertown. Born in Orwell, son of Louis and Minnie Looker Olin, he attended schools there. He had been employed for 33 years by the Town of Orwell Highway Department and was a farmer. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Warren Dingman of Mattydale and Mrs. Rex Woolson of Richland; a sister, Mrs. Lynn Phillips of Richland; a brother, Raymond Olin of Orwell; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services were held Friday at the Foster-Hax Funeral home, Pulaski, and burial was in Evergreen cemetery.
