Newspaper Article - Thursday, October 20, 1898 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Orwell - The funeral of Joseph Myers, an old much respected resident of this town, was held here last Sunday at 1 p.m. He leaves a large family of sons and daughters, all grown up and married. Mr. Myers has lived for many years at his old home, foot of the Myers Hill, and by his death another old landmark has been removed.
