- Robert C. Kray Sr., 86, of Mountain Top, passed away Monday evening, Sept. 19, 2016, in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born in Wanamie, he was the son of the late Clem and Ethel (Rule) Kray.
Prior to retiring, Robert was a professor at LCCC.
He was an avid outdoorsman who loved nature and supported its conservation. Robert was a wildlife artist and belonged to the Society of Animal Artists.
He was a member of St. Martin in the Fields Church in Mountain Top.
Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, was his wife, Jacqueline (Mahoney) Kray.
Surviving are his sons, Robert C. Jr. and spouse, Wade Johnson, Tucson, Ariz.; and Bruce, Mountain Top. Many cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Martin in the Fields Church, Mountain Top.
McCune Funeral Service Inc., Mountain Top, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Martin in the Fields Church would be appreciated.
