Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, February 18, 1965 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Mrs. Atkinson Rites Friday - Mrs. Cynthia Atkinson, 45, wife of Carl Atkinson of R. D. 1, died Tuesday morning at the Evergreen Nursing Home where she had been a patient a week. She had been ill for the past three months. Services will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Taylor Funeral Home. The Rev. George Butler of Trinity Methodist Church, Oswego, former pastor of the Fernwood Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be made in Daysville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today (Thursday) 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Surviving besides her husband are five sons, Nelson, James, Larry, Donald and Thomas all of Pulaski; four grandchildren; three brothers, George Wadsworth of Pulaski, Kelton Wadsworth of Chatham and Vincent Wadsworth of East Chatham, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Atkinson was born May 18, 1919, at East Chatham, the daughter of Dow and Anna Haynor Wadsworth. She was married July 13, 1938 to Carl Atkinson and they have resided at their present farm home since their marriage. She was a member of Pulaski Grange, No. 730, the Farmers Union of Sandy Creek and was a member and president of the Bethel Community Center, at Port Ontario
