      Raymond Everett, 73, of 90 S. Albion Road, Altmar, died Friday. He was born in Nanticoke, Pa. He was former supervisor for the city of Meriden, Conn. A son, Donald, died in 1980.

      Survivors: Two sons, Edward of Altmar and Raymond M. of Connecticut; two grandchildren. Services: 4 p.m. Jan. 12 at the family home in Altmar. Burial, private. Harter Funeral Home, Mexico, has arrangements. Contributions: Oswego County Public Health Nursing Services, Pulaski 13142.
