Walker, 74, of 268 Richlandtown Pike, Quakertown, died Thursday, Nov. 8, in Grand View Hospital, West Rockhill Township. She was the wife of Luther V. Walker, who died in 1998. She was a machine operator for various clothing manufacturers in Montgomery and Bucks counties for 35 years before retiring in 1987. Previously, she worked as a hairdresser after attended cosmetology school in Philadelphia. Born in Collegeville, Montgomery County, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Mabel (Laubaugh) House. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sumneytown. Survivors: Brother, Richard F. of Sellersville; sister, Henrietta Kuhns of Kutztown; nieces, nephews. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Monaghan Funeral Home, 612 Main St., Red Hill. Call 10-11 a.m. Tuesday. Contributions: Church building fund.
