    • Obituary of Victor H. Waggoner

      Victor H. Waggoner, age 51, life resident of Orwell passed away Saturday at his home. Victor was born January 8, 1969 in Watertown, the son of Victor and Linda Phillips Waggoner. He graduated from Sandy Creek High School in 1987. Victor was employed by Overhead Door of Syracuse from 2015 to 2020 and had previously been employed by Wayne Dalton in Syracuse as well as WJW Logistic Services in Syracuse from 1998 to 2012. He also owned Vic’s Building & Remodeling. Victor was a member of the Pulaski Masonic Lodge #415 F&AM, the Orwell Fire Department and Pulaski Puritan Order of the Eastern Star #159.

      Surviving are one son Joshua Waggoner of Orwell, his mother, Linda Waggoner and her companion James Hathaway of Orwell, two sisters, Pam (Dennis) Rood of Port Ontario and Pattie Waggoner (Daniel Trumble) of Pulaski, one nephew, Wyatt Trumble, his companion Teresa Stowell-Hollis of Pulaski and her three children, Nick, Mitchell and Bradley Hollis all of Pulaski. Victor was predeceased by his father, Victor Waggoner on April 18, 2013.

      Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell. Calling hours will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 2nd at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski with social distancing and the wearing of a mask enforced according to NYS guidelines.
