He was born in Mannsville. He was an Army veteran and he worked for Sealright Corp. Survivors: Three daughters, Cindy Rockhill and Coralee Cook, both of Fulton, and Mindy Wallace of Syracuse; his father, Vernon H. Sr. of Fulton; seven sisters, Gail Mileskey, Janice Cook, Tina Cook, Karen Cook and Melissa Cook, all of Fulton, and Cheryl Cook and Lisa Cook, both of Vermont; two brothers, Harry "Jake" and Keith, both of Fulton; a grandchild. Services: 3 p.m. Saturday at Young & Son Funeral Home. Spring burial, Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours, 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, 322 Oneida St., Fulton.
