Notes - Newspaper Obituary - Saturday, May 23, 1987 Syracuse Post Standard - Henry Allen - Phoenix - Henry C. "Bob" Allen, 82, of 508 Spring St. died Friday at House of the Good Samaritan hospital, Watertown. Mr. Allen was a life resident of Phoenix. He was a carpenter. Surviving are his wife, the former Jennie Robinson, three sons, Mart of Thendara, Clifford of Phoenix and Andrew of Glensdale, Calif; a daughter, Adelia Pearson of Lacona; two sisters, Adelia Milligan of Phoenix and Mary Narewski of Zephyrhills, Fla.; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home. Burial will be in Phoenix Rural Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 919 Main St. Contributions may be made to the Phoenix Ambulance Corps.
