- Obituary of Sheila M. Frazier
Sheila M. Frazier, age 60, life resident of Pulaski, passed away Tuesday at Bishop Rehabilitation Center in Syracuse. Shelia was born August 12, 1959 in Oswego, the daughter of William and Rosalie Walters Zufelt. She graduated from Pulaski High School in 1978. Sheila was married to Paul Thomas Frazier on August 4, 1989. She had previously been employed by Ames Department Store in Pulaski and Schoeller Technical Papers.
Surviving are her husband, Paul Thomas Frazier, Jr., one daughter, Melissa Frazier (Justin Brydges) of Lacona, her mother Rosalie Zufelt of Pulaski, sister, Shelley (Dean) Joss of Pulaski and several nieces and nephews. Sheila was predeceased by her father, William in 1994 and her brother William in 2016.
Calling hours will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. Monday, July 13th, at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski with social distancing and the wearing of a mask according to NYS guidelines.
