      Obituary
      Glenna J. Gorski 70, of Williamstown, NY passed away Tuesday November 23, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Health Center, Syracuse, NY after a lengthy illness. She was born July 2, 1951 in Fulton, NY a daughter of Glenn & Vivian McCarthy Muir, Jr and was a graduate of A-P-W High School. On August 16, 1975, she married Richard Gorski in St. Patrick’s Church, Williamstown, NY. Richard passed away August 2014. Glenna retired from the APW Central Schools in 2009 where she was a member of the cafeteria staff at Williamstown Elementary for many years. She had previously worked at the Town House. Glenna was a member of the Hastings- Gorski American Legion Post # 1128 Ladies Auxiliary, the 40 & 8, 8 & 40 auxiliary member, Agriculture Society of Oswego County, Buick Club of America, NYS Postcard Club. Glenna also served as Williamstown Historian since 1987 and was a member of the Williamstown Historical Society and the Half-Shire Historical Club, member and trustee.

      Surviving are three sisters, Patty Durgan, Vanessa & Jim Brown and Melody Elkin, three brothers, Franky & Kathy Muir, Terry Muir and Arthur Muir, a brother-in-law, Ed & Sookie Gorski, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Randy Muir.

      Graveside services in Fairview Cemetery and a Celebration of Life at the Hastings- Gorski American Legion, Williamstown, NY will be announced at a later date.
