    • Christal G. Goodsell, age 70, resident of Pulaski, passed away Thursday at Oswego Hospital. Christal was born March 14, 1953, in Watertown, the daughter of Carl and Dicia Mason Whipple. She graduated from Sandy Creek High School in 1971. That same year she married her husband of 51-years, Larry Goodsell, on September 18th. Christal received her associate degree from Bryant and Stratton College in 1991 and was later employed as a dental assistant for Dr. Dunton in Pulaski for over 20 years. She was a former board member and volunteer at the Salmon River Fine Arts Center. Christal taught art classes at the art center and the library. She enjoyed landscape photography; her photographs were featured at the Salmon River Fine Arts Center, and she sold many of her prints over the years.

      Surviving are her husband, Larry of Pulaski, three children, Larry (Melissa) Goodsell of Parish, Angela (Brian) Zagyva of Pulaski and Jonathan (Katrina) Goodsell of Richland, grandchildren Corey Sprague, Kameron and Kacey Goodsell, Zachary, Jakob, Brayden and Lawson Zagyva, and Sierra and Dicia Goodsell, great-grandchildren Jaxon, Axel, and Salem, and two sisters, Carol Whipple-White of Adams and Denise (Jim) Cofer of Maryland. Christal was predeceased by her brother, David Whipple.

      A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
