    • Newspaper Obituary - Monday, January 8, 2001 Post Standard - STUART W. BUTTERWORTH - Stuart W. "Butters" Butterworth, 72, of 411 Beechwood Ave.,Liverpool,died Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. Born in Sandy Creek, he was a 1947 graduate of North Syracuse High School. He retired in 1984 after 35 years as a truck driver and salesman with Onondaga Beverage. He retired in 1998 as a keg inspector at Anheuser-Busch. He was a member of the Santangelo's Tuesday Night Bowling League at Lakeview Bowling Center for more than 30 years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. His wife, the former Lee Troyko, died in 1995. Survivors: Two sons, Lawrence K. of Cato and David W. of Baldwinsville; a sister, Jean Garrett of Parish; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Maurer Funeral Home. Burial, White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt. Calling hours, 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 300 Second St., Liverpool.
