Notes - Chris F. Goodsell, 65, of New Haven, passed away with family by his side, at Crouse Hospital after a long battle with cancer. He grew up in Fernwood, NY and was a 1966 graduate from Pulaski Academy and Central School. He loved spending time with his family, as well as hunting and fishing. He was employed at Schoeller Paper for over 20 years, and retired from Loomis Armored Car Service in 2012. He had spent much of his life helping others and had been a longtime member of the New Haven Fire Department, and NOCA Ambulance.
He is survived by his wife, Ella May "Missy" Morrison Goodsell; sons, Nathan and Brandon Goodsell, and Howard (Heather) McLymond; a daughter, Tiffany (Adam) Labonoski; a brother, Larry (Christal) Goodsell; a sister, Kay (Joe) Fratello; 10 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Per his request, there will be no calling hours or services, a get-together will be planned, to celebrate his life, in a few weeks.
