    • Betty J. Bullard - December 26, 2011 - Betty J. Bullard, 86; of Fulton and Orange City, FL, died Monday at Seneca Hill Manor. Mrs. Bullard was born to the late Howard and Rose (Richardson) Allen in Phoenix, NY. She retired from Nestles, Fulton after 25 years as a payroll clerk. Mrs. Bullard enjoyed golfing, bowling and playing bingo. She also loved to crochet and make homemade crafts. She was pre-deceased by her son Edward Earl Hubbard in 2005. Mrs. Bullard is survived by her husband of 64 years: Horace Bullard of Fulton, 3 children: Everett (Marcia) Hubbard of Hannibal, NY, Rose (Jerry) Griffin of Granby, NY, Toni (Dennis) Gigliotti of Glenfield, NY; 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service: will be held in spring. A spring burial will be held at Fairdale Cemetery.
