      Edward Thomas Waters, 48, of South Volusia Avenue, a carpenter, died Wednesday at Volusia Medical Center.

      Mr. Waters, a native of Syracuse, N.Y., came here in 1982 from Pulaski, N.Y. A Navy veteran, he was a member of the American Legion in Pulaski.

      Survivors include his mother, Ann Waters and two brothers, David and Richard, all of Pulaski; three sisters, Patricia Wilson, Westchester, Pa., Colleen Libby, Oswego, N.Y., and Nancy Peer, Hartford, Conn.; and his companion, Darlene Daily, Orange City, who provided for his care. Altman-Long, DeBary, is in charge. Class of 1967 PACS
