  Newspaper Obituary - Syracuse Herald-Journal (NY) - Friday, April 2, 1993 - Mildred "Millie" Kozak, 64, of Route 69 died Wednesday at Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital. A native of Phoenix, Mrs. Kozak lived in Parish 40 years. She was an assembler from 1952 to 1966 with General Electric Co. Surviving are her husband, Rudy; a daughter, Joyce Wing of Parish; a sister, Betty Bullard of Fulton; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Harter-Olmstead Funeral Home, Parish. Spring burial will be in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
