- Horace H. Bullard - February 19, 2015 - Horace H. BullardHorace H. Bullard, 89, of Granby died Thursday February 19, 2015 in Seneca Hill Manor. Mr. Bullard was born in Fulton the son of the late David and Aurel (Vanlinder) Bullard. Mr. Bullard was a lifetime resident of Fulton and after his retirement he enjoyed spending winters in Orange City Florida. He worked as a meat cutter at Bullard’s Grocery Store in Fulton, and a clerk at Black-Clawson, Fulton, and he retired in 1988 as a dispatcher for the City of Fulton. Mr. Bullard was a communicant of Granby Methodist Church. He enjoyed golfing and was a golf ranger at Griffin’s Greens in Oswego. Mr. Bullard also enjoyed bowling, playing the drums, and he was a square dance caller. He was predeceased by his wife Betty Bullard in 2011, and son Edward Hubbard in 2005. Mr. Bullard is survived by son Everett Hubbard of Liverpool, daughters Rose (Jerry) Griffin of Granby, Toni (Dennis) Gigliotti of Glenfield, daughter-in-law Marcis Hubbard of Oswego, 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. Mr. Bullard was also predeceased by his brothers Howard, Tracy, Carl, Ernest, Edwin, Charles, Frederick and Roy Bullard, and sisters Martha Meldrum, Theda Ouderkirk, and Florence Swenson. Graveside services will be in the spring at Fairdale Cemetery. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home, 224 W. 2nd. St. Fulton.
